Brew Batch #143 Die A Beet Us
My first foray into pastry stouts gave an OG 1.084+0.002@83F. This should hopefully give an 8% full bodied almost quaffable quarantine sipper. Mashed at high temps with 2 pounds of nilla wafers and an ounce of nibs. Then a pound of lactose and dark brown sugar for good measure and voila! Let's put it on nibs in the secondary and pass the insulin R.
