Brew Batch #55 Honey Kölsch (aka Jake's Juice too)

Racked tonight to 1.004+0.001@72F. Gives a healthy 5.1% so far with little room to drop. So we're just working on flavor profile now. Made with Auburn honey, this one may be a champion this year;)
