Racked over the
Trippel tonight with Merry (former
Gardendale chapter now of the recently moved to Mount Olive chapter). It had a nice light brown color to it reminding me of
belgian candi (yes that's spelled right). The
abv could have knocked the socks of a monk!! Tomorrow when I head to Charlotte I'm going to look for a brew shop that has 22's to put this batch in, some pink or purple crowns may top them off nicely
