Brew Batch #114 Mab's Milkshake

Mab's Milkshake is the 10th NEIPA I've done and this one was brewed to destroy some hop inventory in a fun and humane way. A hydrid between Uranus and Out of A Sheep's Teet, Mab is basically Uranus's hopping regimen with lactose and vanilla. Named for the "shepherd" of the outermost (μ) inner ring moon of Uranus (yes, that's worded correctly and draw your own jokes) Mab balances bitter with slight lingering sweet while wafting of citrus juice of Comet, Galaxy and Mosaic hops, at least that's the plan. OG 1.065 right on point. Just waiting for the vanilla addition.
