This is the batch "#2" that seemed to leave the keg so quickly for everyone. OG 1.045+0.000 @66F dead on. Needed a lager going whilst at the most magical place on earth.

Brew Batch #150 Wallaby Water (pronounced Wa-duh)
Well, I had to drop back and punt on the hops for this one as I have misplaced my Pride of Ringwood but it hit the hydrometer with a good looking SRM and FG 1.004+0.000@ 65F to give a nice 5.5% malt laden experimental Australian Sparkling Ale for me. Should be ready Saturday for some tasting notes.
