Well, I had to drop back and punt on the hops for this one as I have misplaced my Pride of Ringwood but it hit the hydrometer with a good looking SRM and FG 1.004+0.000@ 65F to give a nice 5.5% malt laden experimental Australian Sparkling Ale for me. Should be ready Saturday for some tasting notes.
