Brew Batch #126 Mas Salsa

Loving the lagers this summer, I had to try my hand at another new unofficial "style". Mas Salsa will hopefully be a destroy able Int'l Pale Lager crafted in the Mexican style, yep a Mexican lager! OG 1.046+0.01@ 78F currently sitting on a sh'ton of Czech Pils yeast (2 full quarts). It was nice to actually brew and hit numbers for the first time in three batches. This will more than likely be my only July brewing as this will take a couple of weeks to ferment out well and I'm running daddy Daycare.
