Brew Batch #145 Shepherd's IPA

My "contractual" buddy batch hit the stainless today to begin it's gassy conditioning, so that I may ship HALF of it to Junk (aka the Franklin leg' train). FG 1.008+0.000@ 55F to give it 7.5%abv. Last batch was 7.2% but better BE and yeast chew helped a touch. Let's hope the catty grass dank is still a hit.
