Brew Batch #146 WBI (Wheat Beer Incident)

A quick turn and an unexpected early visit by the guy who wanted half of this batch got it into the keg today. FG 1.006-0.001 @55F gives this a healthy straight 5% yeasty. Not sure I'm a fan of the WLP300 strain. It did it's job but the profile is more balanced as opposed to the more banana lean I was looking for and got out of Wyeast 3068.
