Brew Batch #146 WBI (Wheat Beer Incident)

Another fan favorite already in the fermenter this morning that I haven't replicated since 18'. Using WLP300 this go around just to see what the profile is like. OG 1.042+0.001@74F. A little off but who can tell the difference between 5.2 and 4.6?
